The accused, A.C., had twenty-four previous convictions, and was charged with forcible entry, mischief and two counts of breaching her probation. The allegations against A.C., were that she and her co-accused forced their way into an apartment unit by smashing through the windows. Once inside it was alleged that The accused assaulted one of the occupants with a weapon causing bodily harm.
