Bhishm has contributed to the legal field through research and publications. He was recognised as an Honorary Researcher in the ‘Committee for Reforms in Criminal Laws’, established by the Government of India. This appointment allowed him to drive positive change and shape the legal landscape. He continues to do so in Canada through his affiliation with organisations like South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and NCA Network. Bhishm gained experience into the real-world application of the legal principles as a summer student at Northern Law LLP, Sudbury. Melissa Mendieta is a Law Clerk at Pyzer Criminal Lawyers. She studied at Humber College where she graduated in the Law Clerk Program in 2020, as well as the Paralegal Program in 2022. Throughout College she worked as a part-time Law Clerk and gained valuable experience in a Criminal Defence law firm. She completed both programs with Honours and is now a full time Law Clerk, diligently assisting our office and clients every day with a positive attitude.
